Our modern Factory utilizes state of the art printed circuit processing
techniques complemented by up-to-date equipment and a highly skilled
technical staff.
Standard Technology Includes:
- Min 6 mil Finished PTH
- 3.5/3.5 mil line/space (outer layer)
- 3/3 mil line/space (inner layer)
- SMD @ 16 mil pitch with 3 mil SM dam
- 3 mil layer to layer registration
- Finishes include: HAL, Immersion Gold, Silver, White Tin & OSP
HDI Microvia Technology Includes:
- Uses Build-Up process (AGSP) No Laser
- Min 3/3 mil line/space
- Min 4 mil Microvia Pad
- Minimum 4 mil blind & buried vias
