Our modern Factory utilizes state of the art printed circuit processing techniques complemented by up-to-date equipment and a highly skilled technical staff.

Standard Technology Includes:

• Min 6 mil Finished PTH
• 3.5/3.5 mil line/space (outer layer)
• 3/3 mil line/space (inner layer)
• SMD @ 16 mil pitch with 3 mil SM dam
• 3 mil layer to layer registration
• Finishes include: HAL, Immersion Gold, Silver, White Tin & OSP

HDI Microvia Technolgy Includes:

• Uses Build-Up process (AGSP) No Laser
• Min 3/3 mil line/space
• Min 4 mil Microvia Pad
• Minimum 4 mil blind & buried vias
